My name is Lynz and I am the decorator at Shortcake Custom Creations. I love making and creating edible creations! This is a hobby of mine. My real job is as a RN-BSN at Morristown Hamblen ER. I am also pursuing my Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Carson-Newman College. I hope to graduate in May 2011 (if I can survive my last 2 semesters!) As if that wasn't enough I have a 2 year old named Braxton.

This is my little family, my husband Phillip, and the rotten little boy Braxton.

Shera, my mom, is the baker! She is AMAZING! She is in charge of the cakes and icing. I don't know what I would do with out her!
